I have used it on a Ipod Nano (1st and 2nd gen), Ipod Video (30gb), Ipod Classic (60gb), Ipod touch (16gb), and yes THE IPHONE! However it does say when i connect it, that the device is not designed for the iphone, but it works perfectly. And if you have the Bluetooth headset it's even better, because it turns off the music when you receive a call, and you talk on the Bluetooth, therefore no need to play with the volume controls in the car.
