I also have the JVC gzhd7 and I can tell you that is enought for me. The images are very good. I know there are better cameras out there, but I don't change mine.

@deadatbirth: Best? Well, unless you want the consumer HD camcorder with the best image quality, then just about every serious camcorder reviewer acknowledges that the Canon HV20 kicks major ass, while your JVC's image quality falls distinctly below cameras from several other manufacturers. The JVCs certainly not what very many would consider the "best hd cams out there" (though they're beautifully built).

i have the jvc gzhd7 and g/f has the gzhd3...we both love them and they take fantastic video images...best hd cams out there
