NotMe commented on Study: Average Mac Computer Price More That Twice That of Average PC, at 9:03 PM on Aug 6 You get what you pay for. NotMe commented on Alien Video Uncovered: Real or Fake?, at 8:45 PM on May 30 Okay, this is clearly fake. He got really pissed off when he saw that I was filming, and beat the dog shit out of me. more » [gizmodo]

NotMe commented on GPS On the iPhone 2: Do Not Want, at 8:33 PM on May 30 I think I now know which GPS company was scared shitless... Agreed that GPS take a long time to fix position from a cold start, and that active tracking equals a hit on battery life, but perhaps there is a balance that could be struck. Perhaps it's possible to fix an initial position, and stay locked onto satellites without actively updating or calculating interim positions. more » [gizmodo]

NotMe commented on Blockbuster Planning In-Store Downloads, Not At Home Streaming?, at 7:46 PM on May 28 I could do that...or I could rent the same movie from iTunes, stay home, and laugh at Blockbuster as they continue their downward spiral of death. Hmmmmm...decisions, decisions. more » [gizmodo]
