Well, the holidays are done and you now have a brand new iPod and a fistful of gift cards. First thing is first, toss those cheap white headphones. There are better out there and don't be deceived by thinking you have to wear those white headphones to be cool or hip. Logitech's FreePulse Wireless Headphones are a perfect example of good upgrades.
Most importantly, these headphones are wireless. They are also lightweight, but still provide a nice sound quality and nice amount of base. It transmits via a Bluetooth adapter that is plugged into the audio jack on your iPod (or other portable media player).
Best of all, they are available at big name consumer electronics stores like Best Buy that would be happy to accept gift cards. [Best Buy]

These would be amazing if only I had an mp3 player =\
Archos 604 WiFi was a fail in my books.
Headphone cords are a scourge. How many devices have been lost due to accidents caused by yanking of the headphone cord? No matter where you shove that excess cord, it will always get yanked; which is especially aggrevating with "in-ear" style headphones.
@whootowl:
Try the Phillips SBC HS520 - they are behind-the neck, with one fiber-wrapped cord with an elastic strain relief, good sound and cheap.
i love how this POINTS TO BESTBUY EVEN THOUGH GIZ IS BREAKING THEIR BALLS OVER THE IN-STORE WEBSITE!
Those Logitechs don't sound half bad but I swear they are the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever tried.
I got them on christmas they are awesome... And they also have a good range.
Very Mini Review if that.
I have those headphones and just got them 1 week ago. I love them No cord really helps just being that much more cordless. The A2DP on the mac doesn't really work that great it gets static still (macbook and new Alum iMac) vs the adapter logitech gives you. I would Highly recommend these to anybody. Also when I lay on my back they don't bother me either. Great sound. Maybe Try the Sonys they seem to be pretty nice and you might get better sound since they are running through the serial port of the device? I use them Via my iPhone but you will need and adapter.

I'd get it if it had noise cancellation and was an over-head instead of behind ear model
I've had these for 6 months. Very nice sound, good range, and well built.
My only complaint is that the transmitter is a bit clunky on the newer ipods. It was ok on my old 3g 20gb, but i just got the 80gb classic, and the transmitter is 1/4 inch thicker than the ipod itself.
Are these more or less likely to get me mugged than little white earbuds?
Anybody have thoughts on whether these would be good for sports type applications? Does the foam on the earpads seem like it would withstand sweat etc?
(I still think these advertisement posts are quite slimey... where are your standards giz?)
@bpatten:
I had bought a pair of similar headphones from Logiteh last year, and along with many others found the plastic band connecting the 2 earphones tend to crack in the middle after only a few weeks of use... maybe the have improved on their previous design? I would love to be wireless again!
I like "nice amounts of base", but I refer more...bass.
I wanted these for christmas, I heard they were nice. Didn't get, but I got gift cards to circuit city, so it all works out.
these are awesome, but the battery life is nowhere near the advertised 8 hours, more like 4-5hr at mid-volume.
@jc2k: they have completely redesigned the band, it is no longer made of brittle plastic, but is a steel spring enclosed in soft flexible polymer.
